"A steaming bowl of soup, poured over fluffy rice. It's not just a meal. It's a cozy hug from the inside. Simple, warm, and deeply soothing for the soul. The ultimate comfort in every spoonful"

This cosy Asian-fusion eatery channels the art of slow-cooked broths, infusing each bowl with rich, wholesome flavours made from quality ingredients. Whether you’re craving a comforting soup or perfectly folded dumplings, their menu is designed to elevate simple, soul-satisfying dishes into a memorable dining experience. : On this visit, we indulged in the Premium Abalone Chicken Soup Set—a luxurious slow‑simmered golden broth brimming with tender chicken, nutritious fish maw and two glistening crystal‑jade abalones—paired with a trio of delicious sides. As a perfect companion, the Truffle Pork Belly Rice was an absolute delight: succulent pork belly, delicately infused with aromatic truffle, atop fragrant steamed rice. Absolute comfort food at its best!"
"Such a hidden gem. The braised pork is absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve had in Melbourne. I also really like the wagyu dumplings and the Chaoshan style sashimi."
"I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this Chinese restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for both casual lunches and intimate dinners. What really stood out was the balance of flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. Everything tasted homemade and carefully prepared. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff was happy to make recommendations and answer questions. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic, well-crafted Chinese cuisine!"
"This soup rice place is so good! My friend and I ordered the chicken broth rice and it was super generous with the ingredients. It was cold and rainy that day, so it warmed us right up. The side dishes were fresh and really good quality too! The owner is famous for marinated raw dishes (my friend insisted), so we also tried the marinated shrimp, it was amazing! I don’t usually like raw food but I finished everything. It’s healthy, delicious, and super popular at lunchtime, there was even a line! Hope the owner adds more tables and chairs!"
"This is my go-to place for a casual lunch or dinner when I’m in the area. The braised pork is sooo good. Love the soup sets and dumplings!"
"Cozy little restaurant serves delicious rice/ soup set meal. Great portion, good price and friendly services. Came twice and still had a great experience in food and services. Special compliment to JUN, HANAH, Emma and Cory for their 5+ stars services"
"nothing better than a warm bowl of soupy comfort food in winter! The first time I tried to go at lunch it was fully booked for walk-ins, so I left. The second time I made a reservation for dinner — totally worth it. The marinated salmon was delicious, using a Chaoshan-style marinade that was super flavorful. I ordered the fish maw chicken soup set (comes with rice and a few small sides). The soup was rich, warm, and full of depth — perfect for a cold night. There was a whole chicken leg in the soup, and it seemed like they cooked it separately and added it at the end. I think the intention was to let diners enjoy tender, juicy chicken rather than overcooked scraps boiled in the soup. The leg was very tender, though the chicken and soup felt a bit separate. The braised pork belly rice with black truffle was huge — generously topped with big, soft, flavorful chunks of meat. Honestly, the pork could stand alone as a separate dish — it was that good. The black truffle sauce was poured over the rice and added great umami. The dish was super tasty, but since it’s fatty pork belly, it can get a bit heavy after a few bites. I’d recommend ordering it to share!"
